US will closely monitor Pak aid: Boucher

US Assistant Secretary of State Richard Boucher has said on Wednesday that US will send additional civilian troops to Pakistan and Afghanistan following the new US strategy for Af-Pak to step up help for two neighboring countries in their combat against terrorism.
